The Family Resource Center develops and coordinates initiatives to support current and anticipated future needs of families and their dependents, and to recruit and retain quality employees and students.

Rationale
People want to be successful in their personal and professional lives. With trust and understanding that they are individuals with unique life circumstances MSU faculty and staff can be productive and fulfilled. Nontraditional students with children also strive to be successful as parents and students. They too need to be supported in their Work/Life balance.
